Alt (previously called Sound Circus) is where I DJ on a Saturday night in Bournemouth, and is a brilliant venue. The Saturday is a full spectrum alternative night and is usually very busy. There's an equally popular alternative night on the Thursday and an indie night on the Friday. .

Alt is at 140-142 Holdenhurst Road, near the train station. Entry is free with student ID or the password (on the Facebook page) before 9.45pm, otherwise 3.50 before 11/4.50 after.
